A:Answer There arent new ratings because this fridge was sold 6 months ago, and most of the people complaint that had a dent on the upper door, i bought it on December 2015, i did not believe the reviews, then, when i open it, there it was, the dent. I asked for a partial refund, and i did not received any answer, be really carefull, it works good, but you are buying a brand new item, not a refurbished one.
