A: There arent new ratings because this fridge was sold 6 months ago, and most of the people complaint that had a dent on the upper door, i bought it on December 2015, i did not believe the reviews, then, when i open it, there it was, the dent. I asked for a partial refund, and i did not received any answer, be really carefull, it works good, but you are buying a brand new item, not a refurbished one.
Q: will freezer keep ice cream frozen?
A: Definitely, I have a pint sitting in there right now
A: I can hardly hear it. I have it in an adjacent room but even when I'm near it I keep checking to make sure it's still working but my house is kind of loud sometimes so it might seem more that way to me then someone else.
Q: Is it frost free or not , some say yes and some say no
A: No it's not and it says so on the instructions. They recommend every 3 months, in my experience more like 6, by 12 it's pretty bad.
Q: Is this unit frost free? It says it is but then it says includes spatula?
A: No, this unit is not frost free. Every couple of months you have to scrape the ice off or turn the fridge off and let it melt.
