For the Insignia 40" Class FE Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV, try removing and reinstalling the remote batteries, then press and hold the Home button for about 10 seconds while standing close to the TV to pair the remote. If it still will not sync, unplug the TV for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and try pairing again; if the issue continues, please contact Insignia Support at 1-877-467-4289 for live assistance.
