Answer from tech person doesn't work. I follow the instructions and all that happens is the screen magnifier or the banner instructions show up. A known problem and no correct way to fix it is disgraceful.

When I hold both buttons down, the voice feature activates to read the popup error message! How do I delete it? IT being the error message.

Example of a free hotspot requiring a log-in *wifi name: xfinity wifi. If there is no option to go back and select another network, we highly advise you to do a factory reset. To do so, press and hold for at least 20 seconds the "Back" (reverse arrow) and "Right" (navigation/directional) buttons at the same time to prompt to perform a factory reset.
