Q: QuestionHello, Is it possible to program the tv to power on to a certain input, say a cable box, instead of the fire TV menu? Another words, when the TV is powered , can the cable input come on the screen instead of the fire TV menu? Thanks, Marc

• A:Answer Yes you can. I have mine go to the cable tv input on power up. When it comes up, you will see a little window pop up indicating the unit has done an input change to in this case the cable input.

• A:Answer Actually, it turns out I was wrong: the screen mirroring DOES work with Android. I had based my answer on the specifications, but I am able to use screencast on my Android phone to display on the TV.

• A:Answer Hi Jimbo, to change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Last Input. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched.
