Hi there! It will allow to install applications that are not from app store. This option is used only to install apps from reliable sources as a developer and this is only available in the Full Experience. Please follow the steps below: Go to "Home" > "Settings" > "Device & Software" > "Developer Options" > "ADB debugging / Install unknown apps" and then change the setting to ON.
