“When will I be able to walk into my local Best Buy store and see at least 3 or more sealed boxes of the tv I want? I am used to checking the boxes for damage from physical to water damage. When will this shortage end? (Nov. ,Dec., never?)”

I ordered mine, it was delivered at the store., Sept 1. They brought the box out, and I was permitted to examine it before I checked out with it. If it had the slightest dent or ding, I would have asked to open and examine it more..., or refuse to except it. It did not, it was pristine, and when I opened it at home, it was well packaged, generous use of styrofoam and cardboard. By the way, I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.
