QuestionI bought this tv and got it about a week ago. First time I hooked it up I had output to the TV and output to my sound system . I am connected via HDMI. Next day I have no output to the sound system - just the tv. I changed nothing. Please help.

QuestionHaving an issue with the tv legs. I screwed them in all the way, but the tv is leaning slightly forward. Unassembled, and then reassembled again for the same circumstance to occur. Wondering if maybe I am not installing them correctly.

- Answer Same thing happened to me. Tv is slightly leaning forward but doesn’t affect anything. Haven’t had any tipping over problems.

- Answer This TV has no bluetooth so it is impossible for you to use any external Bluetooth device. Best recommended to pair your bluetooth headphone/earbuds with the TV that has blue tooth.

Questionrecommended picture settings? Been comparing this tv to my old Philips tv. I’ve been testing it with Harry Potter and the camber of secrets. No matter what picture settings I use the movie looks horrible on this tv. Blurry and blacks and browns look blue

- Answer Hi Nicole, Picture mode: Cinema or Movie (NOT Sports, Vivid, Dynamic etc) Sharpness: 0% (This is the most crucial one to set to zero — although Sony sometimes uses 50% for the “off” setting, confusingly. If the image becomes blurry at 0%, try 50%) Backlight: Whatever is comfortable, but usually at 100% for daytime use. Adjusting this will not detoriate picture quality. Contrast: 100% Brightness: 50% Color: 50% Hue: 0% Tint (G/R): 50% Insignia Products Lisa https://insigniaproducts.com

QuestionI can't get the feet/legs/stands to line up properly to attach them - it seems like they should snap into holes before the screws go in but I can't figure out how to get them to go on properly. Why is there no video available?

- Answer After much effort, and finally searching here online, the "trick" is that the legs are ANGLED... not square to the TV. They're also labeled "R" and "L", they cannot be interchanged (and the TV itself is actually labeled on the bottom as well).

- Answer To be honest, I never heard of a port turning on or off. But, I am certainly not a tech. I thought all the port does is receive the incoming signal. Sorry, I know this does not answer your question.

QuestionThe TV stands won't screw in properly and it's too unstable to stand up on its own. Please let me know if there is something I'm doing wrong - I am already following the R and L directions.

- Answer Bought two of these TV's yesterday at Best Buy and the legs were also unstable after assembley. Today I used my cordless impact driver and it tightened the legs right up! Only used a hand screwdriver yesterday. Huge difference. Nice TV's for the price, very satisfied with purchase.

QuestionIs it possible to have this TV balance in the center? And what tools would I need/how would I be able to have a center stand? It is slightly too big for my TV stand with the legs.

- Answer That’s what I’m trying to figure out. If the legs on this TV set were perpendicular/straight rather than diagonal, then it would fit on our 36” dresser top as did our old center-stand balanced, similar sized, heavier Vizio. We had to put a long piece of sample flooring and coasters to balance our otherwise good tv.
