QuestionFreezer won’t get below 25f. It was getting down to 15 but never any colder than that. What could be wrong? It has never been below 14f. Shouldn’t it get to at least 0?

- Answer I have this problem as well. Compressor seems to always be running and the exterior seems to be warm on both the front and rear of the freezer. Stuff stays frozen though. Lemon?
