The vents are in the front (as pictured), I believe it's intended use is under outdoor cabinets/counters

If you decide to place your refrigerator outside and exposed to the elements:
• You should routinely clean the area around the refrigerator pump that is vented.
• Prevent dust and debris from building up, as they can shorten the life of your refrigerator.
• Keep your refrigerator dry to prevent rust or damage.
• Place your refrigerator up on blocks, if flooding is possible, to avoid damage or electrical hazards.
• In extremely humid, very dry, or consistently cold and dry locations, the
refrigerator's seals and gaskets may dry or break up. This cannot be
avoided.
