Yes, they will. Attached is an image from the manual that shows what will fit. Two 1/4 kegs won't fit, but a 1/4 with a 1/6 should. I usually have two 1/6 in mine. I have the CO2 on the outside, but it should fit inside with a 1/4 and a 1/6. Hope this helps!
