“Is the draft tower attached to the fridge by four screws at the base or does it twist into place?”

• I looked at the owners manual at insigniaproducts.com and they state that the draft tower is rotated into place. Step 4 of installation---Rotate the draft arm 60 degrees until the tap is facing the front. It may take some force. There is nothing listed about holding into place with 4 screws.
