Product didn’t say. However, I doubt if it would hold up to the environment unless it is run through conduit to protect the cable.

Depends what you mean by "run outside"? I use mine outside but I wouldn't leave it out there in the rain or the sun. So I can't answer if you are planning to put it out there permanently. It gives you the freedom to sit outside and be hardwired, but I take it back in with me when I'm done for the day.
