If you are having troubles in which you cannot resolve - you should either contact the technical support lines provided or return the item if you feel it is defective. Not sure how this will help consumer be better educated on the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got same problem but i looked up into the settings when you choose to ad the cable then set it up with a hdmi cable from your box to the tv and it fixed
