“I purchased this TV on Thursday and set it up today. It worked well, but now it will not go "home", it will only go to the present buttons on the remote. We can no longer see the menu or our cable channels. Is there a quick fix for this or a new TV?”

• If you are having troubles in which you cannot resolve - you should either contact the technical support lines provided or return the item if you feel it is defective. Not sure how this will help consumer be better educated on the TV.

• I got same problem but i looked up into the settings when you choose to ad the cable then set it up with a hdmi cable from your box to the tv and it fixed
