It does that to me as well. The only app I have where i don’t have to turn up the sound up high is STARZ. That app volume is significantly higher. Like where it should be. But, I’m thinking this is normal for the tv since I have the same problem as you...?

This happens even when I play the content sound even through my sound system. I did notice that YouTube is much louder than Amazon Prime. I also noticed that if I play content through my Playstation 4, the sound is more consistent -but that's because it is going directly into the sound system.
