“i am having problem trying to watch regular tv sometimes it works but most of the time i have to get it to work by pulling power cord on comcast box it resets it and i can watch tv again as long as i dont turn off tv”

I know sometimes I have to unplug my hdmi cable and replace it to get it to register the device that it is plugged up to. For example, after turning on the tv and say my Xbox or PlayStation, the tv says no device connected or no cable assosciated with this hdmi port. The only thing I have found that works is to unplug the cable and plug it back in... sometimes more than once. The cables are all new so to me, it’s probably a poor quality tv unfortunately. Hope this helps with your problem. I have had the tv for less than a month.
