This is normal. Try to press the button to Wake up the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've noticed mine does the same thing, sometimes mine will only charge for a while then will shut off before reaching full-charge. I believe there is some sort of heat-detection sensor inside that shuts down charge/discharge in order to prevent damage to the battery. As you probably know, overheating can cause permanent damage to the battery so avoiding this prolongs to life of the device. The charger stops charging after your device reaches full charge, and effectively goes into "off" mode, a quick press of the button on the front of the charger will turn it back on, it's a safety feature to prevent over-charging and over-heating. Hope this helps bring some clarity to your issue.
