“Question about the Remote. Just bought this TV. (Very pleased with it. ) The remote won't teach my learning remote. Seems that the Insignia remote sends by radio frequency rather than IR? Must be since the TV responds when the remote in other rooms.”

The remote works using Bluetooth technology. We strongly recommend to use the included remote to control your TV. Also you can download the Amazon Fire TV app on your smartphone to control the TV over Wi-Fi.
