• The answer posted by Customer Service does not work for this tv. Pressing the button with the 3 lines does nothing. Pressing the button with an asterik or star does bring up a few selections; the only possible one being "Picture" and when that is selected only provides the option to switch from Standard to Natural to Vivid, etc. Pressing the Home button takes the tv out of the movie back to the home screen. Arrowing over to the Settings button yields a Display & Sounds option which then yields either Picture Settings or Display Settings both of which only yield the option to switch inputs from HDMI1 to HDMI2 etc. There appears to be a programming/software issue with the QLED fire tv.
