QuestionCan Alexa along with any and all microphones be disabled? Is the only microphone on the remote or is there one built into the TV? I don't want my TV/Amazon listening to me.

- Answer When you select the Basic experience Alexa cannot be used. The TV does not have a built-in microphone, the only microphone is on the remote.

QuestionThe remote lost most of it's functionality after instal setup & updates. Is there any way to fix it? The only buttons that work are Power, the circles and Volume. The voice button also works, but does not acknowledge commands.

- Answer I decided on buying an F50 series QLED Insignia 55" because of the low price and decent reviews that I read and I'm very happy with the picture quality. The black level is very good and the colors are great, not over saturated as one of the reviews I read said they were. As with any new TV going into your picture settings and adjusting levels (most of your advanced settings should be turned off) you will find the picture looking really nice. The F50 series beats the F30 series in many areas for only a few dollars more. If a budget TV is what your looking for this is a winner in many ways. As they say go larger than you think you want (I wish I had), because even the F50 65" is available right now for under $400.00.

QuestionThe TV is great - except for the USB port. Sometimes none of the files load. When they do load it takes upwards of 5 to 10 minutes for the files to display. Please put in a software fix for the USB drive. What's the recommended maximum USB drive size?
