“The TV is great - except for the USB port. Sometimes none of the files load. When they do load it takes upwards of 5 to 10 minutes for the files to display. Please put in a software fix for the USB drive. What's the recommended maximum USB drive size?”

Hello Jaybird, We recommends using a USB 3.0 flash drive that's 128 GB or smaller for best performance. Also, note that external hard drives are not supported. Plug a flash drive into the USB port on the back of your Fire TV. Insignia Support Louise www.insigniaproducts.com/support
