• No. Insignia tv’s to my knowledge donor support USB webcams. Nor does FireTV OS support apps like Skype, zoom , etc. Samsung is the only model I recall having a proprietary external webcam. Appletv supports zoom but without webcam or mic support. You would have to connect or mirror a pc screen running the video app/cam and jus use the tv is the display.
