“I have an Insignia F50 QLED TV. After 10 minutes of inactivity (paused program - to cook, bathroom, phone, etc), how can I stop my TV from turning off? I tried w/ & w/o screen saver and set it to come on after five minutes, but the TV still turns off.”

Since you didn't answer my question I'll say it this way... if my sleep timer is set to 240 minutes, the TV turns off after 10 minutes. If the sleep timer is off, my TV turns off after 10 minutes. The TV turns off when there is no activity on the screen - that means a show is paused or it's on a menu. Any ideas? Is there anyway to stop this?
