“Have had my tv about 2 weeks. Tried turning on it said it was updating then it went black. Won't go to home screen at all . Anyone have this same thing going on?”

• My tv updated then went to the home screen. Try rebooting it, if that doesn’t work it’s probably the tv.

• No issues with this. I did notice the audio delay using a sound bar is not quite correctable.
