This has to be one of my best deals on a television: Great features, easy set up, for the money the picture is awesome and again the price was great! The remote is small and simple; mostly to get you navigated using the tv screen. It also came with a free gift!

I had a 39" Insignia TV with Roku that fitted within the Bookcase in my office. That TV was great and convinced me that the Insignia brand was great. But, I wanted a larger TV so I that the words on television were large enough for my 70 year old eyes to see. I modified my bookcase and purchased this 55" Insignia but with Fire TV. I wanted the Amazon Fire TV over the Roku because I have other Alexa items in the house. The picture is beautiful, the built in smart TV features work great and respond fast. I also liked that it has a built in Ethernet port allowing me to use direct connection or WiFi. Completely satisfied with its picture quality and performance.

We have 4 Insignia TV'S now. They were all good prices. This is a great brand, we have not had any issues. Good color, the HD makes like you feel like they are in your room with you.

TV set-up was simple. Instructions were great. The TV puts out great sound and improves when adding a sound bar. The digital storage is only 4GB. The TV and manuals tell you that the TV would allow for external storage. However, most external storage is only compatible with USB ports, of which this TV has only one. I use a digital antenna, which requires the USB port. So I will need to find external storage with an HDMI adapter, as I only have 1 port left, which is HDMI. Most of the apps require some sort of subscription via cable but are clear when content is free. What is confusing is that the TV is integrated with Amazon Fire. There isn't a manual to their services and it is difficult to figure out what requires a computer for set-up and what can be done on the TV.

I love my new Smart TV!!! So much more than a TV!! I can access so many apps!! Beautiful, clear pic and Alexa makes it so easy. I can watch shows I missed and didn't have to record. I have Dish but not in my bedroom and I can still access live local shows, movies, music ect BEST DEAL EVER!!!!!!!❤

I’m so glad I finally purchased a TV that exceeded my expectations!!! The picture quality is great , remote is easy to use and the settings on the TV are so simple to navigate. I recommend this TV to all my friends and family... Truth be told I’m buying another one for my son as a birthday gift!!!!

This is a great tv with easy set up. I honestly would give it 5 stars except its missing one thing and thats a sleep timer. I was suprised how great the picture is and all the features. However, its missing that one feature is the reason i rate it 4 out of 5

When I purchased the TV, there was a promotion where you'd get a free Alexa with your transaction. I like that, definitely no issues there, only it came to me that the Alexa is not actually capable of performing commands to your TV, which is a disappointment because there was no initial clarification on whether or not it wouldn't work. Just a wide area of speculation there. Based on what customer service has told me, you can only use an Alexa device to turn the TV off and on, although I'll never know how at this point. There was a skill for Alexa, and although it can still be found on Amazon, it was discontinued, hence why the link takes you to a dead end. Other than that though, the TV quality works for me and upgrades the room for sure. But given the lack of compatibility, I might make the trip to exchange it with another brand.

Nice TV if you are looking for a large screen with internet options. Easy to assemble straight out of the box. Be wary of the length if buying a TV Stand. We use a long cubby shelf and it fits perfectly with the feet. Has a glare if you are have a lot of light or adjacent windows. Sound is a bit low so I'd recommend getting a sound bar so you aren't cranking up the volume all the time, or turning it down when commercials blare. Nice options : Netflix, Hulu, Bluetooth, built in fire stick / Alexa. You may want to shop around for a better big name brand for price Comparison before purchase.

Super easy to put together and set up - took less than 15 minutes from box to binge watching Netflix on a rainy day! Flawless navigation from Cable TV to Fire. Picture and sound are great!

So I bought this Fire TV because I loved the first one! Great app screen with large icons. You can even get Disney+! Great picture, great value, great smart TV! I highly recommend.

Strolling thru bestbuy I discovered this TV with an integrated Amazon firestick? With a fairly easy on the eyes price tag attached to it? After checking out some specs it took less than a minute to decide, I had to have it. Bought it took it home...I've had it for almost a year now and extremely happy with my Insignia FireTv. For the price you can't do better than that.. high quality workmanship all the way around. Everyone should have one..

Picture is huge! I love how everything is built into the tv no special buttons or objects to insert! Just turn tv on and it starts setting up immediately! It also updates on its own!

I bought this TV in 2018 thanksgiving. For what I paid, this is an excellent TV. Some people here have complained about the black spots or change in color of the background on fire tv Home Screen. That’s actually how the fire tv Home Screen background looks like. At first I thought the same thing until I saw bought a fire stick for my other TV. Lol! I’m glad I didn’t return this tv because of that issue. Second thing I wanna mention is the sound. Most TVs now a days have very low volume, and requires the purchase of a sound bar if you want a decent volume. But not this TV. This unit has very good volume compared to some other major brands I’ve used. Lastly, this TV has a added bonus for Over-The-Air tv fans. You can pause live TV. Yes this TV has its own DVR. So while you are watching a show, if you have to answer a call or do something for a minute, you can simply pause the show until you come back. However this feature only work when watching Antenna TV (OTA). Hope my review is useful. I highly recommend this TV if you’re looking for a 4K tv on the budget.

This was a Christmas purchase and we could not be happier for the price paid. Picture quality is superb and dazzling, and this tv is loud even on a volume 2. Very good stereo surround sound. Just wish the unit wasn’t so integrated with Amazon apps but the Alexa feature is nice especially when paired to an Echo device. Netflix, YouTube, Disney and Pluto TV all work well. No cable required just WiFi. Very happy for the $279 price paid. Highly recommend!

Great picture and features as far as it being a smart tv. I was able to add Kodi and Terrarium on as well for those who know what that is. I bought this on impulse on one of their Deal of the Day sale for $249. Best sporadic purchase so far. I gave it a 4 because to me personally the volume is not the greatest on it’s own, but nothing my Insignia soundbar couldn’t fix. I really like this brand, I have several other items from Insignia as well.

My Sony is 15 years old. Was very sceptical when I saw the price. I have 2 other tv’s by this brand much smaller but have had them for over 3 years and they are great. The reviews look good so I bought it. WOW glad I did. Picture is so good I think the people on the tv are in the same room. I use a receiver so can’t say much about the sound. The spreed is good. The tv has so much to offer for a smart tv.

I researched this tv for atleast 3 weeks prior to purchasing it. When I arrived, the customer rep hit all the important features of this tv and I was out the door with that and a sound bar in less than ten minutes. Immediately after taking it out the box, I was both surprised and impressed with the size of it. My 14 year old Plugged it up and set it up with no problem and It mounted perfectly on my wall. The picture is crisp and the Insignia sound bar makes the sound pop. It's my favorite new thing. I may go back and buy the 32" for my son.
