- Answer Hello.- To mount this TV set on the wall you will need to get a wall-mount that is compatible with the Vesa pattern 200x200mm, it will require M6, 14mm length screws, you can find a compatible unit at your local Bestbuy store. Ruben E. Insignia support.

QuestionHello- I just purchased this 55" Insignia fire TV. One issue I am having is having the TV remote be able to control my Klipsch soundbar. I tried to set up the remote manually through my soundbar, but this will not work. Any ideas on how to do this?

- Answer Just wrote a review on same issue. Short answer is that you can't. If you have true latest version Fire TV there is the option to "set up equipment" in settings. Amazon told me to buy a Fire TV Stick or cube. No kidding. Apparently there might be a way if your stuff is bluetooth.

QuestionWe have 2 of these tvs. When we first bought them, they connected to our wifi, now neither of them will connect. We've tried rebooting the wifi, unplugging the tv and plugging it back in. Any one else having this problem or have a solution?

- Answer I did have this issue. I checked my computer to see if it was a WiFi issue or a connection issue with the tv. It ended up being the WiFi Connection wasn’t working for my tv or computer so I called my carrier and they rebooted it for me.

QuestionCan anyone get the NFL Sunday ticket app? When I try to install it on the insignia fire tv edition it shows as “unavailable”. So I haven’t been able to install it and even exchanged to tv thinking something was wrong with the tv.

- Answer I have two 43" Fire TV Editions. One is Insignia, the other is Toshiba both purchased from Best Buy. If you subscribe to Season Ticket do not buy the Insignia brand. The tv's look and function identical except for whatever reason the Insignia TV does not have the NFL Season Ticket app where the Toshiba does. My guess would be that Insignia is a Best Buy brand and they intentionally "cripple" it for some stupid reason.

- Answer I just got this, 55 inch. I'm not thrilled with red dead redemption 2 on PS4 Pro... may return it if I can't get it tuned. You can't adjust the HDMI settings with the game running... Receiving horrible contrasting colors, and refresh rates are causing video lag. it's not a TV with Fire...its a FIRe TV really...
