Hello. The Insignia™ 55" Class QF Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV does not support dual audio output. This means it cannot play audio through both Bluetooth headphones and the built-in TV speakers simultaneously. When Bluetooth headphones are connected, the TV speakers are automatically muted.
