No, is the short answer. The long answer is the conversion is done inside you receiver and the subwoofer will have an rca jack input and not a stereo headphone jack input. You would need multiple other adapters to make it work and with each adapter you would weaken the signal going into the subwoofer. You’ll need two rca jacks that combine to one.
