• RCA Is RCA. They Are Simple Coaxial Cables With RCA Connecors At The End. :-)

• Provided you match the correct connections, and you have 2 sets of composite cable, it will carry the signal.

• It should work just fine. Try it and see. Even if you still have to buy it, it's only a few dollars and can be used elsewhere. Just remember that it will act as only a video cable if you use it this way instead of an audio/video cable.
