“I got a Roku Premier to use with this TV, ROKU display propably comes with very high brightness and TV settings does not let me change any settings for HDMI2 where ROKU is plugged. How do i fix this? ROKU display is so bright that it gives eye pain”

Try to press and hold the Home button and select Picture to adjust the Backlight setting.
