“Because I use my TV for both entertainment AND as my PC monitor, I'm frequently turning the set off and on numerous times during the day. Should I consider leaving it on constantly during my busy hours, or continue to shut it off when not in the room?”

To be 100% honest if you plan on being out of the room for only 1015 minutes leave it on if you know you’re going to be out of the room for an hour or longer will say 45 minutes at least turn it off at the most if you’re gonna be coming in and out of the room every 30 minutes I say leave it on 35 is pushing it 40 definitely turn it off and 45% turn it off for sure
