I primarily want to just watch over-the-air TV. When I turn on the TV it defaults to HDMI 1 on the home screen. Then I have to go into settings to select the input to antenna. Is there a way to make the antenna the default input? null

Try the Power On feature, when enabled, your TV turns on displaying the last used input: go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.
