- Answer I just had the remote drop out also. It was odd because the television even forgot the names of the HDMI ports. I installed new batteries in the remote, updated the tv and did a system restart and all functionality returned.

QuestionCan i download Spotify, Master Class, etc to the TV? Not sure what are all the apps that are available. Also, is anyone having issues with the amount of memory the TV offers? I read some people were using external USBs, but wasn't sure how well what works

- Answer Hi there! You can select Find on the main menu on the fire TV and enter the app that you want to download on the search bar. The Fire TV Edition television’s internal memory cannot be expanded. USB drive can be used as an external storage, if needed. Insignia Support Angela

- Answer These are HDMI 2.0 compatible. Based on what comes from your laptop may vary depending on age. HDMI 2.1 is the most recent version used for better picture quality above the 60 hz range.

QuestionI read that HULU wasn't available on this TV, is that true and if so, are there other programming limitations buyers should be aware of? Also, does this TV offer different degrees of sharpness? I'm not a fan of that Ultra-Hi Def, Soap Opera look.
