if the exterior dimensions are correct and the exterior depth is 20.59", then from the photos there's no way the interior depth is 495mm or 19.49". It's more likely the answer is approximately 14.5 inches. Of course, if either the exterior dimension is wrong or the photo isn't accurate, then I'd have to take customer service's word for it and go 19.5".
