“Received our Insignia freezer today. Temperature knob was unattached and unit behind it was loose. We finally got knob back in. It turns to Min and Max but can't turn knob to Off. I know I can unplug but seems unit should be able to be shut off.”

When set on anything but "maximum", this unit should "cycle", as in go off until the temperature inside cycles the unit back on.
