Just received our freezer today and its been plugged in for 7hrs now and hasn’t frozen the popsicles I placed in there to test it. I’ve been playing with the temp dial. Should it be all the way to max? What are people typically setting it at? Thx. null

Most users set the temp dial in the middle, MAX is the coldest setting.

we set ours up to max for 24 hours before putting anything in it. Got a freezer thermometer and slowly turning it down. On about 1/3 down from cold.

I've set mine on max and it works great.
