100 ft will work fine for CAT 6 Ethernet cables

Yes you can but I don't know if it's waterproof for outside security camera

Do not trust cables that have been stored and handled a lot. They are ripe for failure. They can NOT be trusted. I would recommend going to a small vendor that makes cables from scratch, to fit the situation. They are NOT subjected to mishandling, don't cost as much, and are less likely to fail.
