• Absolutely. This is actually one of the main reasons HDBaseT exists. HDBaseT converts the HDMI signal into a format that can travel over twisted-pair cable and then converts it back to HDMI at the other end. Professional HDBaseT equipment can send HDMI signals up to 100 meters / 328 feet over a single Cat cable, although the maximum distance depends heavily on the resolution and HDBaseT version. Some systems support 4K to around 70 m while 1080p can reach 100 m.
