“I want to make cold method yogurt in my pot that I got from xmas from my son. I cannot find it on the manual I just looked up. please let me know what function, if any, I can use to make this please.”

It’s my understanding that the original Insignia instant pots do not have the yogurt option.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think any of these functions can be used for Yogurt making. I tried to proof bread dough which temperature needed is about the same as yogurt (110°-115°F) and it was overdone even though I used just half of the time that normally needed with IP pressure cooker in Yogurt function (I do own an IP with yogurt function). Based on Insignia website, the lowest temperature of this Pressure cooker is 250°F (Keep warm and slow cooked functions). Hope it helps.
