• Comes with recharable battery. When solid red it is ready to go. Probably 1 to 1 1/2 hr to charge

• Fully chaarged on batyery power only lasts 2.5 hrs and there is a rechargeable battery inside of it. Just charge and good to go or watch it plugged in.
