“Sometimes when I move the desk up or down an inch or 2 and release the button, it will go right back to where it was by itself. It only does this some, but I tried to reset the motor and it still does it. Is there a way to fix this?”

Make sure that the tabletop is not overloaded, the maximum weight should not exceed 110 lbs. (50 kg) and try again after 30 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had one with a bad motor. I have two of these and I had to replace one. If it’s still under warranty, I would call Insignia for a replacement desk. I tried a different switch and that wasn’t the problem. My motor stopped working shortly after I discovered the problem.
