• Order from amazon a microphone that plugs into an Iphone. The cost is about $ 25.00. It works great. I don't know whether it can help a hearing problem.Good luck.

• I don't see why it wouldn't. It is compatible with a lot of different audio apps. Worst case you'd have to return it.
