“can this work with an elite controller?”

• Sorry I'm revising my earlier answer. It probably will work with an elite controller. But it may be hard to align the controller with the micro USB charging point. It was hard to align my two custom Microsoft Xbox one controllers. But it work with your controller cause there maybe a difference in size.

• Since both are Microsoft products, they should work. Just depends if the USB ports are located in the same spot. I don’t own an elite controller.

• It looks like it would. Battery pack goes in the back and female plug is on the top of controller, like regular controllers. If not, just return it within 30 days with receipt.
