• No it has 2 lights both must be in for both sides too be charging

• If one shows green it is charged while the other one in red is still charging.

• green means that controller is fully charged and red means it is actively charging.

• No, the green side is already charged and the red side is still charging. You don’t have to have both remotes on the charger at the same time either which is GREAT!

• No, if one of green that controller battery is charged and the red one is still charging. Each led corresponds to each controller respectively.
