Perhaps you need to replace that rechargable battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the second battery works good than the first one is defective
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Chances are your battery is faulty. I've had several battery packs go bad after repeated charging where you'll put them in a charger (either a charger that attaches to the console itself or this particular charger) and it will give the "green light" but the minute you plug it into your controller it dies. All rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charges before they lose the ability to hold a charge. That particular battery has probably just reached the end of its life while the other battery is still going strong.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good question. Have you tried putting the battery that you say doesn’t have the problem in the controller that potentially does? Try that. You might find the answer to your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi. I understand how this could be a big inconvenience for you. The behavior you are describing here does not seem right at all, it could be that is your particular battery the one who is not performing correctly. Allow me to remind you that this Xbox Charger have a 1-year (365 days) of manufacturer's warranty covering it. Please, give us a call at 877-467-4289 for further orientation on how to apply it.
