I also had this problem so I added a few washers and used the longer screws.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ended up using the screws that came with my tv, which was an Insignia. But I'd be very surprised if some set of screws that come with the mount aren't the right length. Perhaps try others.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the longer screws with one or more spacers or washers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oh yes, I had to get longer screws!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same TV and it will not work for you. first, I recomend you to go and get flexible wall mount so you can access the plug on the back, otherwise it's gonna be really hard especially with such a big tv no mount wall screws will work, I got them from Lowes few dollars and you're done :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look your tv up on line and they will give the right screw to use then ask your guy at best buy. I got a team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We tested this with many TV's, but not all of them. This should work on that TV though. You are using the right screws, but definitely do not use it if the screws are not fitting snuggly and securely to the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
