“I’m trying to install a wall mount, but I can’t figure out which holes are the right ones and some of them are not holes. They’re just indentations so I’m very confused.”

any of the holes you use are fine(oval shaped holes) , most walls have studs that are 16 inches, apart , the mount is long enough to cover the studs with the holes , if you dont know how to find the studs, just make a 1/4 size hole in drywall , use wall anchors those tend to support 100 pounds each . use 2 on left side and 2 on right and you should be good to go
