• Yes, I installed over my fireplace mantle into the brick. They supply screws but they are designed for wood studs/drywall. You will want to use screws and a drill bit designed for concrete/brick.

• Yes, provided you can get the mounts in the wall correctly. The problem won't be the equipment, it'll be making sure it's in the wall securely. Also, make sure the heat won't be an issue.
