Actually, they do. There is a standard for mounting holes on the back of newer TVs. However, this particular mount only uses the top two holes on your TV on which you mount (basically) "hooks". The wall part is a "rack", and you can hang the TV anywhere you want on the rack. Your only (possible) problem is if the bolts supplied with the mount don't fit the holes on the back of your TV -or- if they're too short. (They were for my Samsung 40".)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless I do not understand your question, the brackets mount to the TV via one hole each and are not fixed so they should fit any basic TV that uses a VESA mount pattern (using 2 of the 4 holes - 1 for each bracket).
