“Will it be too big for "Insignia™ - 39" Class (38.5" Diag.) "? The bar is 25.6" wide and TV is 34.7" so, it shouldn't show if the bar can be perfectly centered to the wall regardless of stud locations. Will this be a problem? Thx.”

If studs don't center the unit you will have to reinforced or build an extension between studs to support it. That will allow to be able to center it. Good luck on your project.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used this mount for a similar sized Samsung and it worked perfectly! If you are able to center the mount to the wall regardless of studs, that is even better! (Mine was slightly off and still worked great.)
